Sohan Abad Del Valle. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Creator of Soles Yoga by Sohan, a space dedicated to individual and collective healing through a holistic approach. Her path stems from a genuine desire to make wellness experiences accessible that connect mind, body, and spirit.
Goals
With over eight years of experience, Sohan integrates her knowledge of Yoga, Mental Health, Trauma, Meditation, and Holistic Coaching to guide profound and transformative practices. Throughout her career, she has facilitated classes, retreats, and experiences in Puerto Rico, Portugal, and Utah, offering everything from private and group yoga sessions to conscious travel around the world, workshops, and spiritual retreats. Each space Sohan creates invites you to reconnect with your essence, cultivate presence, and live in harmony with inner well-being.
Our Space
In Jardin al Bosque is within the New Millennium Forest, a natural reserve within the San Juan Ecological Corridor. Join Soles Yoga by Sohan and discover the magic of healing and growing through the harmony of body, mind, and soul within our property.
