Our Safari Tent Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM 

When a venue is coordinated we can allow decorations and delivery of items (with prior approval) from 11am or earlier. That allows time for preparations, decoration, delivery and setup. 

Depending on the venue coordination some items are allowed to stay overnight giving time the following morning to pickup any rental, decorations or staging. All items with prior approval left overnight MUST be picked up before 11am.  

Yes, all pets must be kept on a leash. All pets necessities in the property must be cleaned by owner. There is a pet charge and it must be informed beforehand. 

The premises have a 20x20 gazebo, a 16'x20' pergola, bathrooms, swimming pool, green area, and parking. Limited tables and chairs, coolers for venues , hibachi / BBQ (for an additional cost), pool area chairs. 

Our guests have various "feature / gathering areas" that have a campfire, sitting area and/or fountain area. There is also a direct entrance to the Southern part of the University of Puerto Rico Botanical Gardens of Rio Piedras. 

All tents have Air Conditioning, queen bed and sofa bed, dining table, small refrigerator with freezer, a small sink, armoire, and private bathrooms. Tents have their own linens , pillows, towels and common necessity items.

We are located within a natural reserve considered the lungs of San Juan; "The New Millennium State Forest". This is in Rio Piedras adjoining the Botanical Gardens of the University of Puerto Rico. Find us in Google Maps or Waze as Jardin al Bosque - Glamping & Venue 

During your stay you can enjoy the serenity and relaxing environment of the New Millennium Forest. Access the Botanical Gardens of Rio Piedras directly from our property. Enjoy fire pits , sitting by the fountain , outdoor games , chilling by the pool , or book an experience with our Concierge Services - The Reserve.

Our ideal number is Less of equal to 100 guests. 

Areas of Activities:

Pergola 16x20 (ideal for small private events) Range of guests < 20 (examples. dinner dates, engagement ceremony, corporate, etc). Note; other guests may be around premises. 

Pool and yard (includes Pergola) 30+ 

For this area we will require overnight stay (2 night minimum). 

Our location is great for all Venue activities even those that require or are looking for a private locations as we are surrounded by nature. 

As mentioned we like to keep our venue at around 100 guests or less. We provide folding chairs and limited folding tables. We have exterior furniture and during your event you are welcome to use the pergola, gazebo, yard and pool for 24hrs, yes all day. 

To avoid having guests book a Venue while other guests are staying we make sure that the day you reserve a Venue there is no one there but your group. That said, depending on the dates you choose, you may be required to book all 5 cabins for a minimum of two nights. 

We are limiting all water features - slides, foamy jets or anything that could hurt our lawn or pool. (For specifics please contact us). All other "dry" entertainment is probably allowed, please consult while booking. 

Trash and cleaning - we do not provide a cleaning service after your Venue unless scheduled (charges will apply), so all Venues must remove trash before they leave and leave areas as they were. If you have any rentals or need extra time, you can pickup or finish during morning hours but ALL must be ready by 11am (or checkout time). 

Noise - you may continue until you desire with your event through the night, please limit or moderate volume after midnight 12am. 

Last but very important NO confetti or loose / small decorations, or items. NO paint or items that may stain property or property furniture.
