Our Safari Tent Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM 

When a venue is coordinated we can allow decorations and delivery of items (with prior approval) from 11am or earlier. That allows time for preparations, decoration, delivery and setup. 

Depending on the venue coordination some items are allowed to stay overnight giving time the following morning to pickup any rental, decorations or staging. All items with prior approval left overnight MUST be picked up before 11am.  

Our ideal number is >100 guests. 

Locations 

Pergola 16x20 (ideal for small private events) Range of guests >20 (examples. dinner dates, engagement ceremony, corporate, etc). Note; other guests may be around premises. 

Pool and yard (includes Pergola) 30+ 

For this area we will require overnight stay (2 night minimum). 

Yes, all pets must be kept on a leash. All pets necessities in the property must be cleaned by owner. There is a pet charge and it must be informed beforehand. 

The premises have a 20x20 gazebo, a 16'x20' pergola, bathrooms, swimming pool, green area, and parking. Limited tables and chairs, coolers for venues , hibachi / BBQ (for an additional cost), pool area chairs. 

Our guests will have a "feature / gathering area" that has a campfire and fountain area. There is also a direct entrance to the Southern part of the University of Puerto Rico Botanical Gardens. 

All tents have Air Conditioning, queen bed and sofa bed, dining table, small refrigerator with freezer, a small sink, armoire, and private bathrooms. Tents have their own linens , pillows, towels and common necessity items.
